In Riftbound, our own Conor Cole and Kris Wheelis made top 8, both piloting the Detonate Draven deck, and in One Piece, Liam Edwards took the crown at 1st place with UR Ace! Toby Kraft and Ian Wheat also made the top 16 of the event- Toby on Midrange Draven and Ian on Detonate.
We were happy to participate in these inaugural events at HBMO and hope to see them grow in the future.
The real purpose of the weekend, of course, is to raise awareness of suicide risk and the resources that exist to help prevent it. If you or a loved one need help, please reach out to someone you can trust or text the 988 Lifeline.
If you are able, consider donating to 988 Lifeline or other organizations that work hard to help people living through mental health crises.
