Welcome to The MetaLab. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, tools, and services provided through themetalab.gg and related applications (collectively, the "Service").

  • MetaLab branding and attribution remain intact where present
  • The outputs are not resold or redistributed as a standalone commercial product

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to users.

Game-related names, artwork, mechanics, and intellectual property referenced or used within the Service remain the property of their respective owners, including but not limited to:

  • Riot Games
  • UVS Games
  • Bandai
  • Wizards of the Coast
  • Hasbro
  • Other publishers, developers, or licensors

All such intellectual property is used for informational, compatibility, or community purposes only.

5) User Content License

By submitting content to the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Deck lists
  • Tournament standings
  • Uploaded images or screenshots
  • Written inputs
  • Data files

you grant The MetaLab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Process
  • Store
  • Display
  • Analyze
  • Transform
  • Generate outputs from

that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content you provide.

5.1) Use of Interaction Data to Improve Tools and Systems

You agree that The MetaLab may use data generated through your interaction with the Service, including submitted content, usage patterns, decisions, and analytical results, to:

  • Operate, maintain, and support the Service
  • Improve tool functionality, reliability, and accuracy
  • Develop new features, analytics, and workflows
  • Evaluate system performance and usage trends
  • Train, refine, validate, or test automated systems, statistical models, algorithms, or artificial intelligence systems used within the Service

Such use may include aggregated or anonymized data derived from user interactions.

The MetaLab will not sell personal information or knowingly use user data to train unrelated third-party systems without permission.

  • Use of the Service in competitive, professional, or commercial settings

You acknowledge that use of analytical or predictive tools involves uncertainty, and you accept full responsibility for decisions made using the Service.
